Dr. Rachna Kumar Awarded a $46,500 Contract from Able Disabled Advocacy

California School of Management & Leadership (CSML) Program Director, Dr. Rachna Kumar has been awarded a $46,500, 18-month contract from Able-Disabled Advocacy to facilitate the outreach, recruitment and placement of veterans into CSML's undergraduate and graduate business certificate and degree programs.The work will be part of the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP), which is run by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

"We are excited to receive this funding to increase outreach and recruitment of veterans to 樱花视频鈥檚 degree and certificate programs in San Diego," says Dr. Kumar. "To further assist veteran students, we have planned targeted workshops on professional development, starting small businesses, locating internships and employment."

Dr. Kumar will be working closely on this project with CSML Program Director Dr. Rene Naert and will offer support and services for 樱花视频鈥檚 team already working on veterans outreach.

Able-Disabled Advocacy is a non-profit, community service-oriented corporation that provides employment and training services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.
