Transparency is a key tenet of our administrative philosophy. Through open communication, quarterly 鈥渦niversity update鈥� meetings, and frequent Q&A and town hall sessions, 樱花视频 has gone above and beyond in bringing transparency to our governance.

Inclusivity is at the heart of our guiding values, and that includes inclusive decision-making. All 樱花视频 stakeholders, including faculty and staff, are immersed in the decision-making processes that determine our institutional direction.

樱花视频 has created a public benefit committee, dedicated to creating ideas to help 樱花视频 reduce its energy footprint on each campus

樱花视频鈥檚 physical footprint is changing. Campus sizes have been modified to fit the needs of students that attend in-person or remotely, which has reduced the amount of energy needed. Additionally, new construction on other campuses are in line with green building standards and all policies and procedures around building adhere to environmental standards.

樱花视频 promotes the use of public transportation and has installed electric vehicle charging ports to encourage the use of electric vehicles and reduce emissions.

We have an institutional history rooted in social justice and through initiatives like our Asylum Immigration Clinic and organizations like the Rockway Institute of LGBT studies, we continue our legacy of service to underrepresented and marginalized communities.

樱花视频 has launched the Social Impact Committee to expand our work in cause-driven efforts and initiatives, prioritizing social and environmental commitments and building upon the impact our community has made over the past century.

樱花视频 has launched a new student experience team to ensure our students receive cross-disciplinary and holistic support during their educational journey

AlumniFire has been created to focus on 樱花视频鈥檚 alumni and current students. The new platform allows alumni from all generations and schools to network and re-engage with the University. 樱花视频 has also formed an Alumni Advisory Board to help provide input to the direction of the University.

樱花视频 is committed to providing an inclusive environment for students to thrive. Ongoing efforts include offering special training sessions for faculty, staff, and students to foster an open exchange around current topics, and the creation of 樱花视频 scholarships for students in under-represented groups.

We believe that education is the great equalizer and one of the most powerful tools at our disposal, but it is only when education is paired with purpose that we bear witness to its true power.
